Compass-PLUS is a questionnaire based research study within the Compass Trial. In 2017, the national cervical screening program in Australia changed from 2 yearly pap smears to 5 yearly HPV testing – we would like to better understand how women feel about this change and their screening results.
We also want to identify lifestyle and other factors which may be related to attending a cervical screening and to receiving the HPV vaccine. For women recruited from August 2020, we are interested in the specific effects of the COVID-19 outbreak on women’s decisions regarding cervical screening participation.
